Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time We currently ship to the United States only. Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all US orders. No minimum order required.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at lumbarliftpro@bodiology.storeand we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
